My background is as an amateur Machinist, Welder, auto painter ,and Metal fabricator in North NJ.

Now I'm hitting the pavement, crisscrossing all over my home state of NJ wheelin and dealin real estate. From Jersey city and Newark multi units, to Scotch Plains for million dollar rehabs. Lots of hard, unpleasant lessons have been learned, even more time wasted, and both personal & financial tragedies been survived.
