I am a brand new investor (just out of the shiny packaging) who is looking to learn how to utilize several techniques to make money with real estate. I graduated college a few years ago and started working only to find out that I was miserable devoting my schedule to make someone else richer. I have recently moved back home with my parents (motivation to make money with real estate) and start anew.

I am interested in meeting many experienced investors here who will provide not only their time and information, but also the motivation to see past my own doubts and fears. My strengths include working well with teams and learning new concepts quickly. I look forward to growing and sharing with a community that has the same aspirations as me. And someday soon, I will be able to help the new investors such as myself.
