Been a realtor for 4.5 yrs. doing things the traditional way. I do this part time. My first love is teaching. Do that full time. Need to think of building up my retirement money, and I know real estate is the way to go. Born and raised in Texas (the Valley). Lost my husband of 24 yrs. six yrs. ago. Bad time in my life, but, family and friends made it easier. Moved to Louisiana, and love the friends and small town atmosphere. Looking forward to new friends here at DG family.

All you have to do is research the appropriate forums or ask questions. It's absolutley amazing! If you don't feel welcomed here, I'd be very surprised.

By the way; what part of Louisiana do you live in? I have a brother who has lived in Metairie for about the last 30 yrs or so.
