First house closing today

My first house with no money out of pocket is closing today. I want to thank everyone here for the great post that encouraged me to keep going. Now I need to fix it up and sell to see my profit. Have a great day Glen

more details

I got the money from a hard money lender two loans. One on the house that I am buying the other on a house that I own free and clear. So I was able to get the money to buy and the money to fix and the money to make the payments until I am ready to sell. The house is a three bedroom two bath 1453 sq feet. I have already started to fix it up. Looking forward to finishing this one so I can do another one. Thanks for the comments I hope I can encourage others to get out there and do it if I can you can. Glen
