Husband to Anita, Father to six kids, Grampa to Eight. Bought my first house when I was nineteen yrs old (long time ago)Sold it for a profit. Bought some land that I thought would be good to build on...Sold in for a profit instead. Used that money to buy my first rental and the profits of that to buy the second. Seven families in two houses=great cash flow, break even is 50% occupency.

Just bought my first house to flip. I already have two multifamily for rental with positive cash flow and almost paid for. Hopeing to turn this around in 120 days or less. Bought it for $25K comps say $62-65K so with about $5k of love, should be a good quick turn.
