Pt. Bob

Anyone out there that can offer some direction on getting a second put on my rental.....I would REALLy appreciate it! I just purchased a short sale in the Phoenix area (closed a month ago) and would like to pull the equity back out to pay myself back for the down payment money that was used to purchase this property. Every mortgage broker I have spoken with in the Phoenix area is saying that I have to "season" the property first for 6 months. I don't have 6 months and really need to pull the funds back out. I need a lender that isn't going to require the 6 months seasoning. Does anyone know of someone that will do this?
