hello, my name is robert. i live in a neighborhood surrounded by a nice golf course,great schools, etc..
since i dont have any money how do i go about getting whoever is selling the house,which has been on the market for over a year, to trust me to find a buyer???
then how do i find a buyer or buyers and is there a web-site for them.
what i to do i take there offer find a buyer and then make a profit until i make the money to buy property and do other things.
i really need the advise and thanx to whomever helps me!!!

Have you bought any of deans books if so I can tell you were to go let me know which one.

I have "PROFIR FROM REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW" AND "YOUR TOWN YOUR REAL ESTATE PROFITS".
I'm just trying to get started with the real estate agents,the investors and the mortgage companies.
Also I want to learn more aboutmaking deals with foreclosures and bankrupcy's. I just need some advice cause I'm barely getting by and I dont have the money for Dean"s school.
I've gone over his book twice but it just doesnt go in depth,do I need a liscence to do this in the state of ky or what do I do when I the book tell me to go to WWW.DEANRAZIOSI.COM/FINDAREALTOR.COM,
