Hi DG,& everyone else!
I'm Russ the "new guy", got my books last week, and I'm reading "Profit from Real Estate Right Now", as I need to make money "Right Now!" I just watched DG's newest video blog about getting motivation from other's, and it just so happens I'm meeting an investor group here in Tucson this weekend. I feel I am motivated, but also "cautious" at this time. I can't "afford" any "costly" mistakes, I don't think any of us "new guys" can, thats why we're all here now, right? Because we all need to make serious amounts of money in order to change our lives, and then help other people change their's too!!! That's the DG way, and that's what I want to achieve. Gotta go "Take Action!"
