I live about 3 hours or so from Sault Ste Marie, but I do have family up that way; so it would be possible for me to get up that way for a bit. I also have a friends' sister who lives up there. She says her landlord is trying to sell a duplex. I will try to find out more details about this duplex, at least the price. But thanks for this opportunity, perhaps I can help out your brother-in-law.
