I was a Loan Consultant for 6 yrs and loved Real Estate and the freedom of being my own boss. When the industry took a turn I needed to do something so I had to return to Flooring.
I recently went to a 3 day course of Deans here in San Diego and it re-lit the fire for real estate that I was missing. So I'm back and want to make this my full time business. I want to use REI as my vehicle to set up my grand children's grand children.

Any advice or inspiration is always welcomed and appreciated.
