I looked into the Tax Credit w/ excitement. What I found was that the property has to be your primary residence for a specific number of years (to be determined) and that it cannot be used for an investment property. As you can imagine, I was very disappointed. If anyone can verify otherwise, please let me know.

Thank you for writing me back. Like I told you before, I am brand new and very raw and am trying to learn everything I possibly can. I am a little scared and unfortunately, due to many past experiences (in general), a little cautious about believing every single person I meet. I am looking for a friend whom won't take advantage and would love a mentor. I have so very many ?'s and I want to know all about finding re agent (have already encountered 3 whom know all, and have informed me, I know nothing!) and, also, feel I would like to have some funding access behind me for stability. Would you give some advice where to find funding and an agent? I even have an e-mail from one on which I'd love to hear your comments!!! Sharon

Where can I find inexpensive or free Bandit signs and other ways to advertise. I have cards, magnets, pens, flyers, etc. but wish to find bandit signs but have NO money to invest - I have moved and can't find the book that Dean instructs me where to get them. Please help. Thank you, shughes
