Glad to have you as a member here on Deans board. We are all like one big family here. We help each other with our RE problems and cheer each other on. I have done lots of cash deals since I started. It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Just read everything you can here on the board and ask questions to the members who have been here a while and the one who have done lots of deals. You will learn quickly from them. That is what I did in the beginning is ask lot of questions and read everything. All my best to you.

Hello sissy,
This is realatively new to me a friend of mine introduce me to this opportinity by asking me to partner up w/her but for some reason she decided to back out,but that is not stopping me from pursuing my goals & dreams!
I have recently relocated to Orange County CA.& fell in love with everything about this area and in doing research I have found out that right now the real estate market is on a very slight but promissing climb.The # of realetors out here is on the decline which to me means less competition!I see the potential out here but for me I"m having a hard time comming up with the $ for the school right now due to the fact that I moved out because of girl that I dated for over 8 yrs and she has since moved to Washington & I obviously stayed,like I said I LOVE it here,but I was left to do everything on my own like find a place to live a job a car ect. with no help from my friends and or family.They live on the east coast.It has been a struggle but I am succeeding just no extra $ yet!
