consulting, property management & investing,hospitality business,consulted @
2 accounting firms in their management divisions; real estate investing thanks
to your books, blogs & tremendous info. Started very slowly with only 2 deals in
the past yr but netting $100,000 in equity after rehab & financing; one is a duplex, rented with $1400/month in rental income & a net profit of $405 after financing, r.e. taxes, ins.
Now that i'm getting back to healthy I intend to focus on wholesaleing for cash flow & looking for more deals on duplexes in Bradenton & Sarasota, Fl. My company is Magnum Management & Properties, Inc which will be looking to managing properties for third parties as well as our own. Training a property manager, have a good real estate agent who understands what I'm trying to do; negotiating with 2 guys who want to partner with me on certain deals (one of them on commercial properties & the other on residential), retained a real estate attorney, have a general contractor + subs in the areas where I intend to invest.
Opening a web site shortly & looking to do deals with local banks re REOs.
