Greetings to All,
There is a 2/1 house that is selling for 35k. The appraisal was done on it 4 mos. ago, and it came in at 90k. Now, my question is this....I feel I should negotiate price. 1. because she is desperate and 2. here in Atlanta, you can get a 4 bdrm 2 ba house for 35k. Any suggestions?
