FIrst Deal
I am working on my first deal. It is has asking price of $320k and it in a neighborhood that has houses selling for $350 to $400k. House needs about $65k in work. I am thinking of offering $190k. After closing this is a profit of $40k. Is this too much risk for my first deal?
