I am a licensed contractor in the Charleston area. We do mostly small remodels and lots of property maintenance. Added a landscape business about 3 years ago. My two teenage sons run it for extra spending money. Have completed 2 flips with investors. Looking to expand and do more investing. Can someone tell me the best way to handle a pre-foreclosure home. I called the attorney office listed and they said contact the lender or owner. Hard to find any info at all. I am already going to auctions and we are on our 2nd flip. Want to find out more about preforclosure as another avenue to purchase.
