I am a new Graziosian and have been reading the blogs. Please explain to me why everyone is having problems with realtors. Do they see us as a threat or something. Please help m understand.

The issue with realtors is relatively simple. For many years they have been making deals without much effort and getting/sending offers that are at/near/above the asking price of the property. The issue with the type of methods being taught by Dean and introduced by others is primarily two-fold. First, there are several offers being made that are well-below the asking price or are "creative" and that is out of the norm. Second, and I believe the most important, is that realtors are embarrassed by some of the offers and take it personal that we, the "uneducated" are attempting to get involved in real estate. There are some that don't want to work hard and put forth effort and previously, they did not have much effort at all.

These are just a few thoughts that I have on the issue. Hope this helps to give you some ideas, but I must say, don't worry about the others...make your own perceptions. You may find realtors that are eager to work with you, or you may have problems, but ultimately, don't let others' issues be your concern. Mostly it is about your efforts and your experiences. That is where the most valuable lessons come from.
