I am just starting out and the only thing holding me back is financing at this point. There are so many properties that I have researched and would like to purchase at least one. I am doing this together with my mother and we don't have alot of collateral or equity. Is there any kind of chance we could qualify for a 100K loan or more. Do you loan to brand new businesses that are just starting out and don't have any reported income yet?
