I received Dean's books in mid June(09), and since then I have not had a day go by with out learning real estate. It's all new to me, but I have set goals and plan to make this business work! The inspiration and education from everyone on this site is just amazing. You all rock!!

I have lived in southern Maine for the past seven years and have worked for a non-profit agency that support people with disabilities. Even though I really like what I do, the hours are crazy-long and the pay is only a few bucks above minimum wage. With constant state cut-backs in this field, employment never feels secure. This is a prime motivation for finding another source of income.
I have bought and tried other(non-real estate)courses in the past when I was in my early twenties(I'm now 32), but never got that far. It wasn't lack of motivation, but lack of funding and fear which held me back. That's were Dean stands apart from the rest. He teaches a lot of the psychological aspects of how to overcome fear and other obstacles in our lives. He throws this at you from day one. I feel more confident about doing real estate then any other venture I have ever attempted before!
I am glad to be part of a site with such positive, motivated, and successful people! People teaching and supporting other people to reach their goals and their dreams. --With that, it seems impossible not to succeed!
