Finding a lot more properties after yesterday topic in Active Forum. Sent a listing via e-mail late last nite. Awaiting reply.
Spoke to some great people yesterday. One was an asset manager for the local big bank in town. She wants to meet with me. Mentally preparing for that. Looking for wisdom to how to best handle that. I want to know what I am walking into to. I told her that although most of my clients will be purchasing in cash; I do have prequalified finance clients that I would send her way. She used a term I never heard of. 203k??? Need to figure out what that means.
Spoke to entrepeneurial multi-millionaire who is LOOKING FORWARD TO SPEAKING WITH me!!!! I met him at Get Motivated seminar. He was a speaker and I somehow was able to get his ear. Calling his personal cell today to move forward with my deals.
Bandit signs still working for me. A newbie wholesale buyer called. We are going to work together as well. Tried to get him to use this site. Sometimes people are not ready to listen until they are ready to hear.
Met other great people at seminar that want to be a part of my power team on the other side of the state.
Today:
1. Find out which properties best fit my clients. Start bidding.
2. Make phone contact with every buyer on my list. Find out where they are. Did they see a home they liked? Are they ready to close this month?
3. Research bidding process and what I should do next.
I may not have journalled in the past couple of days but, I in no means took the days off. Keep the MOMENTUM going. Keep taking action steps. Mistakes are only learning experiences. Take full advantage of the influential people along my road to success so that my learning experiences are in a cherry red mustang. Not flip flops.

Thanks for the info. Do you know why all these agents and asset managers have to meet me? Is there any way I can keep my correspondences with these people over the computer until I'm better versed at what I am saying?If I meet with them what should I say/do? It is one thing to talk to someone who's a newbie. It is completely different to talk to a well versed profesional. One agent kept a prospective power team member and I on the phone for 40 minutes-and I'm still wondering what was accomplished.
