Received Deans dvd the Edge 3 days ago and I have been going ever since. I am highly motivated to "make it happen." I used that quote alot in my past life in sales and when I saw it here at dg.com I felt at home. Yesterday I opened the phone book and started calling agents. Today, I have ongoing conversations with 2 agents and working on securing 2 properties. They both are crazy good deals. I've got phone numbers for real estate investment groups. My next step is to call them. Go to meetings. I also am going to put up bandit signs. Need to build my buyers list. With the holiday weekend hoping to get a lot of leads with the signs. IN THE TRENCHES GONNA MAKE IT HAPPEN

I'm a believer!!! Bandit signs are the TRUTH!!!! I cut poster paper into 4, Wrote: House 4 Sale; Owner Desperate; 3 bdrm/ 2bath; phone #. About 15 minutes later I started getting calls.
When talking to buyer I find out what sign they read. Most so far coming from same intersection. I find out what their budget is and how they are paying.
My next step is to find properties that fit my buyers.

Keep me in prayer and wish me luck!! Have basic idea what I'm to do. And I do it with confidence.
