Okay, so today is February 19th, 2012 and I just got done repairing a window frame on my mom's house. Since my last post I have been working alot on the computer and on my real estate goals. I got blessed by a member of the DG family and they shared with me some valuble information that I am following and working on. It has to do with the Rock Bottom Blue Print, and I have to say that the persons kind gesture brought me to tears. Sometimes I feel like this world just wants to suck the life right out of me, but the kind gesture and action of another really fed my hopes and dreams and most of all my spirit to not give up! Thank you so much!

So I am working and have managed to gather names of cash buyers and will be sending out postcards very soon. I also took advantage of deans free website in "profit from real estate right now" and I also made improvements to my own site which is listed on my profile page. Building websites is stressful and looking at the computer scene is hard on the eyes when you do it to long. Anyway, they are up and I at least have a few forms to get names and emails from interested parties.

I have also started to research about 40 properties in the Los Angeles area and most of them seem to have a good cash flow. Next week will be all about comps and then going to visit the properties in person.

Last of all, I had a wonderful conversation with Tammy R. and we talked and laughed and even exchanged a few ideas. That was a great big step in my area of networking. Thanks Tammy for taking the time to talk, God bless you and your family!
