You Find The Property - I'll Do The Rest

I've been a RE Broker and Investor for over 30 years. I'm tired of going out and finding the properties, but I'm not tired of making deals.

So, I will help you determine prices to offer, help you with the paperwork, and provide the Earnest Money Deposit. We will either assign it, double close it, or rent it together.

I say, if you know how to make money in this current economy & business then your OK wit me.
Im new to investing, well i know wat to do & sum wat how to do it. But i have no real experience with deals, just done too much studying & home work. Now im ready to make deals happen & close on sum to put experience & money in my pocket...
Im familiar with wholesale assignments deal & double closings. I also just learned lease options...
I need friends/partners in the business that want to progress as i do...
Let make it happen!!!
