Today is my new beginning. I just received two of Dean's books and finished "30 Days Real Estate Cash". I read it in a few hours and have done the excercises. I have been investing in Real Estate for over 20 years but sfter many years of success, I started to lose money when the market began to turn in 2008. It was a downward spiral and so I got out of investing for awhile. I could of avoided losing money if I had realized that markets can drop because in the previous 14 years it had only increased. The key is to always buy LOW..very low and then the odds are better that it will never happen. I figure for every mistake I make I'm one step closer to success. Even though I know most of these techniques, I needed something to give me a kick start. I love that we can share ideas here. I just spent the day asking for my network of friends and relatives to get the word out that I'm back in the saddle. I'm meeting with a financial planner friend this week to discuss investments in hopes of starting a local R.E. Club and finding cash backers to buy on the courthouse steps where I have been extremely successful in the past. You might want to keep an eye on this blog because I hope to help others along the way..Cheers
