rental units

hello i rented my first property the other day the deal is going ok but the tenant isnt very cheerfull every time i call this guy he is disgruntel does anyone know what the law says about dealing with a disgruntel tenant

Find out why the tenant is disgruntled and fix the problem. If the tenant is breaking the rules of your rental agreement, then you have a right to send an eviction notice and then evict them if necessary. If the tenant just doesn't like the place then there is nothing you can do about that. You should have a tenant screening process in place to weed out bad apples.

tenants don't like the landlords pestering them; if he is paying his rent on time, and not causing any damage to your property, then I would just leave him alone... he may have personal issues that have nothing to do with you or the apartment...
