I've just put together a note that I'm going to put on Craig's List to try, no, to get some cash buyers in my bucket.
Question: Do I need to have a LLC right now to do business with Realtors & cash buying investors? I don't have the funds now to pay for that LLC.
I'm really nervous right now...

I am working on trying to come up with a bucket full of buyers as well. As with you, tonight I am working on the Craigs list ad.
I know this is not an answer on the LLC, but I do have one for when my opportunity starts working for me. I purchased one at my 3-day class. I do not beleive you need it to start out. It is just something that you should look into as soon as you can acquire one.

I'm with femailceo. Don't even worry about that now. That's for later when you have so many deals you don't know what to do with them! I've heard Dean say you shouldn't worry about that now. Just worry about doing deals and figure that stuff out later. Good luck! You're on your way!
