Deal Failed
My deal failed. It was my first deal and I am so sorry I was still struggling with the earnest money deposit. Oh, what a nightmare. I made a cake and gave it to our neighbor. Maybe I will be able to put another good deal together. Today, I understand the need for a great team. I am looking for a wisdom and help with securing a private money investor. I am looking at homes today. An apartment complexe is what I want to do. I will work harder and I thank Dee for trying to help me.
