Today, I looked for really great homes for sale. I found a mansion for $57,000 Worth $950,000 a fabulous California Estate. Great neighborhood and freindly people. The Estate:
Back now from long vacation. found a great deal in California. 5 bedroom 7 bath mansion, over loaded with amenities only 57,000 Value of $950,000 I need a partner to purchase this fantastic estate home.
I have to say, it is picture perfect complete with pool and spa.

I HAVE TRADED IN MY AUTO ON A NEW AUTO...NOW I MUST TAKE COURAGE AND PUT UP MY SIGNS. YES, I AM, YES I AM.

I AM VERY AFRAID. I have been warned, educated, encouraged and it is time to put my best foot forward. Tomorrow Billy, will ask us if we put up any signs. What will I say? I ran out to church today. I needed the singing and prayer. I even called my Mom long distance...I wrote her a card and I still have to mail it. OK. I have to try...Please pray for me.

One of our associates at the gym where we attend bought 8 foot poles at lowes. Then he cut them in half and put them on the saw. Now the sign poles are in the trunk of the auto ready to go. He even reminded me to keep the reciept for possible deduction for business cost. The other thing I note here is to carry a first aid kit when you go out. Billy, told me to take a metal stake and a heavy hammer. The soil here is really cement like. OK. Had my breakfast and my gummy bears...even took a nap. Now, tis time to sign. Get my cold water bottle..it's a desert out there. 100 F today.Be sure to map out the area and know exactly where your signs are.

I was very sick on Sunday and Monday...Too much to mention here. If you have high blood pressure also known as HBP, then you may know about dizzy spells. I am back on my feet today. I can even drive again.

Got my signs (16) going to put them up today. Have to find a great real estate agent. I also need a title company that knows how to protect a finder's fee.

Still reading and it is time for a black coffee. If ever there was a time to be perky and write the perfect offer. I am sure it is a good buy but I am not sure it will stay that way... The new loan must cover the repairs and I must cover the new loan. Buying an investment property is a dream come true. Making the whole investment better for all involved. Getting new tenamts is a must and converting to condos would be great. Then again I must ask the real people that live there. More coffee please.
