MY CRASH

I had the most dreadful week ever in the HISTORY of my REI Career/Business. My year old laptop that I got for Christmas CRASHED on me last week and I lost EVERYTHING.

Family pics, all my doc, contracts, and my whole life is now floating out in cyberspace somewhere. It is going to take me another year to get back to where I was. NOW WHAT am I to do?

Thought about throwing in the towel and calling it QUITS. I guess all things happen for a reason. Maybe this is another obstacle. No backup was saved. Didn't think I'd need it for a new laptop, boy was I wrong,,,

Back up is always needed. I know people back up weekly even daily. I am assuming you had a pc? I know with my Mac there is cloud also but I don't know for pc's. maybe someway to retrieve if you used cloud, or take it in and see if it can be recovered.

Geek Squad should help

Geek Squad should be in BestBuy stores. They should be able to retrieve most of the files from any hard drive. Give a call at 1-800-433-5778 and try. See if it helps.

Partially Back Up and Running

Thanks femailceo, Yes, it is a PC, do you think that I should get a MAC? lol.,I brought it in and one on the guys told me that there was nothing they could do.(Supposedly I did a FACTORY RESET) accidently. blah!

LOST EVERYTHING FOR EVER, it's my fault,,

I've downloaded Deans contracts again and hopefully I can get a jump drive from Targe' before I make that mistake again.

I've been there DGFollower, that was the second place I ran to which should have been the first, but Office Max is closer and they have a free PC Check-Up too.

Now that I am back down to 6 days a week in this Rat Race I can market more with time to talk to Sellers at a decent hour. lol (working my 7 day week Nursing job),,

I've got 100 Bandito that I will be putting out once a week, make more offers with my INVESTOR FRIENDLY AGENT,(Mike) invests and owns 12 properties,, cool guy!!

Market more adding more Cash Buyers to my: www.wholesalemnhomes.com SQUEEZE PAGE website, and posting more on the sites that pull them in the most. Also my Inheritance List is working for me too.

I just needed more time to talk to the Sellers and I think this extra time will help me Get Her Done! Again, thanks for your concern as well DGFollower..

I've Got an Irate Seller,

He called me from a backpage.com ad from over a couple of months ago. He stated that he recently had a heart attach and was having housing problems.

Oh Boy! Did he curse the Economy out as well as the banks. I told him that I could possibly assist him in his time of need. To make a long story short, We've decided to meet this Sunday to see what I could do to assist him.

So, after work Sunday, we'll see what transpires.

How can one Get Paid JV-ing

If I have a buyer willing to put down $80,000 how much has to go towards his purchase price on a "Subject To" and the property's Remaining balance is $229,050.07. With a Refi with a 3.875% fixed interest rate? Rents $1,538.02. How can I profit on a deal like this?

Just exactly how does this flex option work? How am I supposed to get paid? Do I get paid from the seller or the buyer? I want to get paid from both since I'm bringing in my buyer and getting rid of the property. Is it up to me?
When Joint Venturing with another Wholesaler,, which contract is used???
