Now, that I have an understanding about how to wholesale I am getting concerned, because I am being told that I need a real estate license to wholesale. Is this true or not? I am not selling anything, I am simply matchmaking. Right?
I am working on building my buyers list, while reading this book. My confidence and determination to have at least one deal done by the end of June is grower stronger each day. I have to make at least one deal. Can I share any deals on my blog that I find?
Is there anyone on the same level as I am? Or am I all alone? I was told that there aren't many homes out there for buyers to fix and flip. What do you all think?

When you are wholesaling, you are getting a property under contract and selling your position in the contract. This is legal in every state.
You are NOT "matchmaking"! For doing that, you WOULD need a license! That is what a realtor does. Be very careful how you describe what you do.
You can certainly share any deals that you find on here, but post them under "Forum Topics" if you are wanting advice so that more people will see them--under "Classifieds" if looking for buyers.. Until you have it under contract, however, do not share the address. Everyone is not ethical and will go behind your back and steal your deal.
Many people here are at the same level as you are. You are not alone. There are still many house needing rehabbing. Never fear. There are lots of deals.
Best of luck.
