Although I'm only on the first day 1-5 it feels like I'm moving closer to my goals. I made a promise to myself I will succeed and nothing gonna hold me down. Go to the county online and if you know a house that just sold - the person will be listed on tax records - sometimes counties are slow in inputting info. Do you have the PropTrend? That has cash buyers. Chris
