Hey DG family
Just wanted to update my status on where I'm at. Last time I was here I said I would be looking to build my buyer's list which I have. I contacted some buyer's and so far I have about 4 solid ones. At times the phone seem to be so heavy to pick up(lol) but I thought about my reason why I need to and just did it. To tell you the truth half of them were from ads I posted online and they contacted me. Amazing!! Go figure (lol) I'm having fun with this as well. About almost there with my list. Matt had mention on how to find cash buyer's off the mls. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.Well lunch break over Sad. update you guys later.
