Asking anyone for definition of "transfer value" on pre foreclosure.

I have a house on sale for $295,000. This is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Must sell for cash for $295,000. The house needs some repairs. The house is located in the Bronx, NY !This is my first wholesale property!

So, this past weekend I attended a 3 day seminar with "Gonzo"...unfortunately couldn't take advantage of the advanced training yet, which was disappointing

However, I am in full-fledge research mode to trying to get out and bird dog for some local people & some from the seminar to raise the capital needed to take advantage of the advanced training.

Looking forward to learning as much as I can, making some deals happen and networking with the DG family!!
