October 7/13 Well here I am again. Just back from a conference : Dermatology Nurse's Association, in Calgary, Alberta. Now I am here, with reviewing and re-visiting deangraziosi/com! I look at the Weekly Wisdoms, answer PM messages, and as always: scan through the : success stories, and the "Send Me away Dean" videos!
Also I go to : DGinsiderselite web site as well, with pretty much the same agenda there. I love getting the responses to my comments and find I am learning more and more each day. For example I have now learned I can post ads on CL to get: bird dogs to work for me!
Wow! How great is that~

My real estate agent'Shawn' call me to tell me that one of my offers was accepted. This is an offer for a single family house. It is a 3 bedroom 2 badroom house and needs work. I am getting ready to wholesale this property.

I am currently buying in Phoenix area. My most preferential areas are in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe and some areas of Phoenix.

I am looking for a 3 bath 2 bath at least 1500 Sqft in the low 100’s. I also have an urgent need for a 4 plex or 6 plex especially in Mesa in the 150’s range. If you know anyone that wants to sell please refer them to me. It doesn't matter the condition of the property. I will buy fix and flip also.

So in case you just want to sell because you do not want the hassles of doing repairs or deal with city violations give me a shot. If you know someone out of state that is tired with long distance land lordship and they just want to sell please I will appreciate your referral also.

After looking at a few websites, I saw a good deal on a foreclosure home in my neighborhood. Checked it out. Was nervous and scared just to go to the block and look at it. So funny. Just walking in my neighborhood.

Beginning to see that this is possible. Went to the county website and was able to look up parcel number and how much tax was owed. I wonder if I can figure out which bank owns it?

I like this process. I love that I can do 90 percent of it by myself with access to the internet.

Network marketing has been exhausting because it depends on so many other people for it to work.

Seems like a no-brainer that if you match up right deal for right buyer, money is made.

Just celebrated my 2nd year here and still can't motivate myself to do anything. I've read the books, listened to every audio Dean has recorded, but still can't find Anything to make me motivate me. I have all the time 3 people would want, love learning from others, but just can't find the WHY enough to make me start like I know I can do.

I have discovered that I am a better follower than leader. I'm more of a hard-working Vice Pres. than a leader Pres. I haven't found the right boots to kick me into starting though.
