Hi everyone, I have this question.
I looked at several homes that are in preforeclosure.
When people are upside down on their payments (owning more than the home is worth)how do I make an offer, or do I.
Do I make it to bank or try to figure something out with owner.
Yesterday was the first day we went out looking at houses and it was so much fun to finally be in the position to start making offers.

My brain has been going a mile a minute!!! I have been contacting people that are suppose to be "buyers" and then they tell me things like "I buy anything as long as it makes me money." This is getting tire some:(

To be honest I put every thing I had towards this training and now have nothing to put towards properties:( This saddens me greatly:....( I really really really really really NEED to have some buyers.

I have gone to auctions and talked with some, I have found some over the internet and am going to attend a REI club come Monday to see if I can obtain some buyers.

I have to make this work because if I don't my nest residence will be under the local bridge with the other homeless individuals. I'M NOT JOKING!!!

So I'm wanting to get into the real estate market and don't know where to start. I don't have the capital to just go and buy a property, even at a steal. Literally no money. I have been doing research and reading up on these forums. It seems to me that wholesaling would be a great way to get started. Using other people's money to make my own money, sounds great. However, I'm stumped. I know I need to find cash buyers before I get a property on contract. But how in the world do I find these cash buyers? And where do I find the properties to wholesale? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I attended one of your events here in Colorado. I was one of the first 50, in fact there was only 35 in the event. According to the brochure we are supposed to receive a tablet computer if you are one of the first 50 and 2 discs from your book. I have the certificate for both. When I sign on to the website, it only lists the winners. Don't I receive the tablet computer for being one of the first 50 people??

We (Kathy and I) went to BOG with Joe Jurik June 13 and then we just went to the EDGE Event Sept 12. We still cant seem to put a deal together.
But its close I can feel it, we have buyers (18) but its getting the property's in the right area's.
