For me just to do something on a consistent basis is hard.........I have not even been to the Event yet and I am faithfully following this web site daily. I am excited to follow through with this challenge daily and am committed to being faithful in reading and listening to everything this site and members have to offer. Was just wondering if there is a p.o. box or physical address to send a correspondence???

Well I'm sad to post that while I was away from my home someone broke in. All the took was my Xbox360 and controller surprisingly but it's still sad and a scary thought that someone broke in:( but I'm still going to keep reading my book I got the same day it happened which is today haha I'm going to push myself and not give up!

by attending the 2 hour seminar then telling my mom about it and she and her husband agreed to pay for my 3 day training. so now my stepdad and i went to the 3 day training and he learned so much just like me that my stepdad talked to my mom and they decided to join the advanced training. we just finised boot on the ground on sept 7th. and as of 3 or 4 days ago we joined deans inner circle and at that moment when we were told welcome to the team i started to cry because i could see myself on christmas day walking my wife into our first home.... Thank you Dean for helping my deam come true.

I'm frustrated because my wife and I have been working hard to get our first deal and continuously come up short. We've had a few properties under contract and the buyers back out and we have to get out in order not to lose money. This had happen on more then once. I'm venting because its seems as though no matter how hard we work the results have been the same. No deal. I come here to see what I'm doing wrong, but have no answers to fix my results of not getting deals. I'm not giving up because I know this is the right path to take. My road just seems hard then all the rest. I feel as though I'm running out of options and I'm trying to stay positive. Thanks for listening. Back to the drawing board and hopefully a deal comes soon.
