Good morning,
We purchased a couple of properties in Buffalo and Niagara Falls earlier this year at the Summit and in need a finding a new property manager. Any recommendations?

I am sorry I have strayed away for so long. I was starting to get involved with a Real Estate Broker that deals mostly with pre-forclosures, and short sales. He seemed to have quite a bit of knowledge and I was going to Birddog for him. Mostly he would give me a listing of homes in pre-forclosure and I would do my do dilligence to find the ones that were still not forclosed yet. I was to approach them and set an appointment for them with this broker ut for the life of me I couldn't approach them and it got worse and worse. It got to the point that I was frozen in fear. Because I didn't have a car,so I was afraid that they wouldn't take me seriously or that they would be thinking that I was trying to basically steal the house out from under them.

OK., so I'm on a budget and I'll be so glad to get my membership. I have every confidence that things will work out in the near future..and I'm ready to go full speed ahead with this brand new strategy in my life. compared to other programs that I could have invested in, this is still the best one. By other programs, I'm referring to places like "Institute for Integrative Nutrition" which costs $4000/US for an online certificate in Nutrition that would help me get some of the funding to start my own restaurant business. Next, is the total costs of $1500/US to go back to medical school and reinstate my Nursing license (Hated that!/Give me a break). and then there is the total crack-pot philosophy of continuing on in graduate school to get a master's degree in god knows what!

I have been trying my hand at real estate investing for years and have failed because I quit,just gave up !
Let me start from the beginning so you can kinda understand my story.

Sometimes you hit moments of having no motivation. I know I hit that for the last few weeks. But you've got to get off of your butt if you want anything to change in your life.

So, here's to those who are getting their butts off of the couch.

He was awesome had some coffee with him & of course he was very nice and helpfull and it reminded me of doing more, going faster and doing more, I had a pretty good day but could do wayyy more, had a ton of ups and downs, prop's that i had under contract & for whatever reason I lost them, weak buyers list, they werent deals, offerd too much blah blah blah, anyways not giving up like edison I havnt offered a 1000 times yet until then maybe but i will never give up, working on my 2nd deal & it is close I have one under contract and working on wholesaling it to someone soon should close 9/27. anyways if yiou are thinking of giving up dont-just keep trying because your deal is around the corner.
