Today I found a new property in listingbook. It is a house with a high fair market price. I contacted my real estate agent for more information !

Visiting the Great Wall was one of the main reasons for our trip to Beijing, so we were happy to commit a whole day to the journey. This is pretty much a requirement for a trip to Jinshanling as it is about 3 hours outside of Beijing by car.
We've not visited other sections of the wall, so we can't compare, but Jinshanling was not too busy by our standards (we went on a Saturday as well). It was a fairly low visibility on the day we went, but even so the wall still looked magnificent disappearing off into the mist.
We went west to the end of the walkable section and all but the very last couple of paths (between towers) were in very good condition.

Well, I'm supposed to have a list coming, but no sign of it yet, and the investor's meeting was a flop. Nobody showed! I suppose it should be a waiting game, patience usually pays off, but I think I'm going to call a couple more real estate agents over the next few days, and throw some ads out to try and get some investors. Patient and me don't really go together. Oh Well!

Found an "A Player" Realtor and we have been throwing offers at her the last two weeks. We have close to 60 offers submitted and two accepted in the last two days.
25 to 1 works like a champ.

Well, yesterday I put up a bunch of bandit signs. I figured it was time to actually take action steps with the things that I have knows through Dean's training.

And low and behold.....

Today we have had TONS of calls! We already have three buyers on our list. I was needing tangible evidence of forward movement. And there it is. This works. You just have to move forward and take action steps.

I just recently set up my automated answer system and joined Insider Elite. I've gotten a RA and have found vacant homes in my area. I'm looking to market to them now but I still need more mentoring. So progress has been made. I'm looking to find more RA's and get out of my contract with my current one to find one more timely.
