Breaking down your credit...

What Influences Your Credit Score?

Your credit report is similar to a financial report card. It serves as a way for banks, insurance and lending companies to determine if you’re likely to miss payments or default on a loan. It’s also common for landlords, employers, and government agencies to check your credit before confirming a transaction. By understanding where the numbers on your credit report are coming from and how they impact your overall score, you can make better financial decisions to improve your credit worthiness.

While there are many variables that go into calculating your credit score, here are the five most important components:

Payment History: 35%

Not the day.

This morning was not the morning for me. First my car decided it wanted an early morning nap on my way back from dropping my 8yr. old off at school, then my landlord sent me a text saying my rent check bounced.
Deep breathe. Although at first I decided that today was just horrible, I realized this is a sign I truly need to utilize Dean's program. I need to do it no fear.
The thing is though as I sat in my kitchen after receiving the text from my landlord, I remembered what my Aunt Esther had told me some years ago right after my first son was born. She said I would always be poor and struggling, that it was just my mind set I was never going to have any financial stability.

Want to be my own boss :)

I guess everyone says that and believe me - I have many times. This time I need to make the leap and feel that Dean's program is the change I have been looking for. Looking forward to chatting and working with all of the winning group.

Just stating out, wish me luck

K so I guess this is the part where I tell you a little bit about myself. I'm originally from Long Island New York and I just moved to Florida a couple months ago. I've been an HVAC service technician for about 10 years now and tired of living paycheck to paycheck. I moved to Florida because the cost of living is a lot cheaper than Long Island. Once I got the Florida I seen a lot of real estate for sale and foreclosed so I decided why not start trying to buy houses and fix them up and sell or rent them out. Then I was watching TV and I found deans infomercial, so I said why not and I ordered the 30 day book.

daily blog #2

Unfortunately I have to go to my "job" today so I won't be ablebto get as much done from the book as I would like to today but I am still going to get one thing done task done aside from this blog. Have a good one everybody.
