We take a look at the entrepreneurial spirit and what it takes to be a good entrepreneur. What does it really take to become an entrepreneur?

Not everyone has what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

In addition to the mental skills required, entrepreneurs need to have a certain emotional stability to navigate the often tempestuous waters of the business world.

In other words, they're tough as nails. But far from the stereotype of the avaricious, cigar-chomping tycoon, tough means something quite different in the world of entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurs don't give up easily.

So I am following the 30 Day book to a T and starting with writing my daily blog.
So far I written my goals and did my 7step Deep Why.

In order to keep myself reminded or my why's and goals I have taken poster sheets and hung them in my room so I can see them daily several times a day. Along with that I have also created my own book mark with my whys and goals for the 30 Day book.

Today I am going to call real estate agents using Matt's scripts. After writing this blog I will also take in my daily dose of Dean's Blog and watch the blue print video with Matt and Dean. If I still have time before my children get home, I will try to read some more of the 30 Day to Real Estate Cash.

It's a good idea to first consider whether you are the type of person who will do well running your own business.

It's not that certain people are predestined to be great entrepreneurs. We all can learn how to do it. But some personal characteristics will lead you to do better than others.

FICTION: To be an entrepreneur you must be born that way.

FACT: Anyone can learn to become and learn how to operate like an entrepreneur.

So my partner and I just finished the 3 day retreat in Orlando yesterday. WOW what a lot of information, but WOW are we estatic that we have taken this opportunity!! Stephen Edwards is simply AMAZING! His words are empowering, his consultants were really and truthfully there for our best interest! We asked questiins of a few different consultants and none of them pushed us away, or said things like "well I am not your consultant so I cant help you," they were all terrific!

OOPS! look like I tapped twice.

I am in a slow pace trying to put everything together to accomplish the Fast Cash Program. I just started to call RE Agents on Wednesday, I only found two Remax offices and one answer me that he din't have any MLS because the inventory was to low, the other keep in insisting that he wanted to know how much I'm investing. Only what I see so far that I trying the waters of RE Investing and I have to continue in searching and applying what Dean and his team had designed. Another good thing is since I applied for a secured credit card, for the very first after the messy downturn I getting credit card offers. I want to wait a couple more days for the scores to increase and get the credit report completely fixed up.
