I am in a slow pace trying to put everything together to accomplish the Fast Cash Program. I just started to call RE Agents on Wednesday, I only found two Remax offices and one answer me that he din't have any MLS because the inventory was to low, the other keep in insisting that he wanted to know how much I'm investing. Only what I see so far that I trying the waters of RE Investing and I have to continue in searching and applying what Dean and his team had designed. Another good thing is since I applied for a secured credit card, for the very first after the messy downturn I getting credit card offers. I want to wait a couple more days for the scores to increase and get the credit report completely fixed up.

Quick Cash options in northern CA

We have just returned from our first Buying Summit - which was incredible! We've been signed-up about 6 mos and have yet to find a deal where the numbers work. We are cash poor in a market that is already appreciating.

So far we've posted online ads in a variety of wordings; joined and attend three REIs regularly; been to the auction; tried to find partners that were willing to help with upfront cash for an equity share; done direct mailings to out of state owners; tried to find distressed owners....

Suggestions? We're willing to work for it and don't expect someone to do it for us. Just not sure where to go from here.

The Double Close

I'm following following the book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash and I am attempting to get an offer accepted. With this offer I want to do a double close.

Is it customary to visit the homes that you want to double close on (assuming you find a buyer)?

What are some of the specifics that I should think about that may or may not have been mentioned in the text?
