Right know I don't have a job, I don't have any money if you own to invest in real estate. And I don't know this area that well. (MY Thought!!!!!!!!! ARE) I'm originally form Milwaukee Wisconsin, I know that market better than I know the Phoenix AZ market. I was planing on investing Back where I'm from, Because I know the market better but I'm physically living in AZ. What would this be the best route to take? Our FIRST deal!!!
March 30th, 2013 | posted by PJFrahmWe found this great mixed use building, upper unit is a 2BR/1BA with an $800 cash flowing tenant already in place. The main floor is/was a flower shop, which will no longer be. The seller of the property is the owner of the flower shop. She wants to get out of the business and is selling the property. It also has a 2 car detached garage. The property has a basement. There is 2816 sq. feet, 2024 finished sq. ft. The main floor has a bathroom and two "bonus" rooms. We'd LOVE to rehab the property and rent out the main floor. The $800 will pay the loan payment while we rehab. There is money to be made, we just need a financer. Any takers????
Great Program!
March 29th, 2013 | posted by NinjaREDivaI attended the free workshop yesterday in Concord, CA. Not able to sign up for the 3-day seminar, but am moving forward with the materials in the CDs they gave me. Due to work injuries am not able to return to work and must find a way to increase my income and life. I have started the 30 day plan and hope to be able to make some cash so I can take the course and do more deals. Especially liked the Tax Liens for passive income and ways to find bargain properties. Later hope to work on commercial deals like hotels and storage facilities or office complexes to develop a 'Regis' style office business.
Best Regards and Happy Passover and Easter to all.
