I came away from this past week's live webcast with three overriding thoughts:
1. People of ordinary intelligence can make money investing in real estate.
2. The people who make money are those with passion and dedication to their goals, which they have previously identified.
3. The key to success in real estate investing is to get out there and do it - don't over analyze - just do it!
The most difficult step for me will be locating and synthesizing the relevant information I need to get started. I think I'm on the right track, so now I must just do it.

WE have been on and off the DG site for 4 years and have done three deals so far. Have got all the books and most of teaching that is available. Wandering whether to join IE and how it will benefit.Would love to partner with someone or have a coach to talk to or correspond with. If there is any interest let us know. The best to investing!

Today is a new chapter in my real estate career. I have been licensed since 2006 in Colorado and California...however today is the first day I will be leaning to do it just for ME! Super excited. Started reading 30 Days to Real Estate Cash today!

As a novice I would like to know how to close in Illinois and Indiana, can it be by assignment or does it have to be double close? For anyone who has experience in those areas we would appreciate your input.

I think my agent hates me right now. I told her to put a offer in on a property that another client said he wouldn't touch. Ofcourse I am offering next to nothing so it will be interesting to see what comes of it.

Just got back from 3 day Advanced Training Workshop, WOW!
I am so excited now, moving forward with my life & a little scared, but so ready knowing the 9 to 5 job doesn't work for me.
