Hi

Hi so this is my first time on this website and clicking everywhere trying to soak in as much information as I can. I have a passion for real estate and watching the market. I am very interested in investing properties flipping and cash flow. I am in CA in the Bay Area where the market has been crazy.. I would like more information if possible in order to get started, partners, etc.. Cash is not much of a problem for me, would like to get going asap. thanks

I just finished Dean's (Be A Real Estate Millionaire)book and I am really excited about getting a first deal going. I have been doing lots of research to try to get more comfortable with REI, but being comfortable probably wort come till after the first few deals ah. So dose anyone have any suggestions for a first deal that someone just starting out would feel the most comfortable with. Knowing you fears just means you can conquer them. Good luck to all.

Over the past six months I have read, studied, and kept telling myself I was not ready. I got closer to beginning investing in real estate about two weeks ago when I began searching for a real estate agent-That was step one for me. I have not found one yet, but I am still searching and I will meet another one this week.

Step Two began within the last two days. After watching the last Weekly Wisdom, reading some various postings, reading "30 Days to Real Estate Cash", and watching Total Review Real Estate the main message was clear to me. Take action and do not be afraid to make mistakes.

There are times I do over analyze. I just want to get into the game. I need to find an attorney, this has been a rd block.Would like to know which is the best LLC to start my business. 2 Hardest things about this business is real estate agents and attorney.
I will find the right one of each!
