We started with Dean's Success Academy! It is going well. We finished our first lesson and are doing our homework.
They seem very professional and don't mind our novice ideas.

Is there anybody out there who would be willing to help me?

Today I was able to begin the homework assignments from Dean's book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash. I was really encouraged by Dean when I heard him speak at the March Buying Summit in Nevada. I am looking forward to learning and implementing all the tasks and skills this opportunity presents.

How is everyone doing out there in the mind set REI world? My daughter Victoria and I are pacing our selves with the DG program.

HELP ! ! !: March 18, 2013

Caught the tail-end of a pre-seminar this last Sunday evening here in Sacramento. It was the very last offering prior to this coming weekend 3-day instructional course & Mr. Trent Ellingford was the speaker.

The 3-day seminar / class is this March 22, 23, 24 (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) here in Sacramento @ the McClellan Conference Center. Mr. Trent Ellingford stated that he is to be the speaker / instructor.

Here is the prob:
I left without signing up for the 3-day instructional. Yea, I could have at least made some form of contact. Simply, my mind was racing with HOW to cough-up with the $1997.
I go in tomorrow morning so to re-finance my truck.

I am finally moving forward and gosh it feels great. I started reading the 30 days to fast cash 3 months ago, and the holidays and family concerns got in the way. I have commited to going to our REIA and I got a brainstorm, why not search for a mentor and see what happens. One of the charter members of our REIA is this really dynamic woman, who is, by her description, "intense". I loved rubbing shoulders with her and talking to her and when I got in trouble with one of the investors who took my money for a "course" that never materialized, she stepped in and guided me. I knew she would be the one to help me. I asked, she said no, I went on, so to speak and then the opportunity presented itself again. I asked her to guide me, she said yes and here I am.
