Have a house a lady told me she wants 20k for, comps look great. Guy shook my hand and said its sold for 24k. Waiting for him to come up with the money. Also a newer house my partners bought that is an very easy 20k flip. Made a postlet and had realtors run comparables. Had appraisal done on the newer one. Made a nice little package and sent it out to my buyers list. We'll see what kind of response I get as my buyers list needs to be qualified a little better I think. Merry Christmas All!!!!

Just yesterday I have spoken with an agent who was not familiar with real estate assignments, so I will not be working with her. I told her I wanted to invest in the pre foreclosure market and she basically talked over me through the whole conversation, telling me what I should look for and what I should do. She didn't listen to me at all, she just kept talking about all this stuff. Even though I said "pre foreclosure" she said "people arent going to sell their homes for less if their homes been on the market longer. Usually when that happens those people aren't realistic about their price." Yeah.... she wasn't listening to me.
