Aw snap! 40+ signs out and no calls this weekend.

There's a funny story I want to share about the sign police.. During the week after the political campaigns I volunteered to stake signs all over for my candidates of choice and I also vowed to drove around town again to take them down.

Well, it was about 10am days after the election and I had a trunk load of filthy campaign signs in the back of my car. I handled them out, dropped them on the front door of my office to unlock the door and go inside.

A City resource gentleman walked out of the next door Subway, saw me, and came up to ask what I was doing.

My 1st actions

I dont think i would have the drive to do what i have been doing for the past week if not for my 2 month old son. He is my world and i want to give him the world and dean is showing me how. I have read the whole book 30 days to real estate cash and since then has finished day 1-5, and working on day 6-10. I am commited, motivated, and proud of myself for doing what need to be done to change my life.

I have been in college since 2008. no degree sold candy out my bookbag in middle school and highschool, and ever since wanted some way to make money the same way like sell candy, but now its houses.

Oh geez! This is it! Honestly, I'm a little scared. Honestly, I'm a lot scared. Honestly, I'm petrified. But, at the same time, I have faith this will work. I've watched Dean on his infomercials several times and kept saying to myself, this sounds good, but will it really work?

Put in ten offers Friday through my agent mls 25-1 strategy. 60% of asking price. Got a couple counters. One I think we offered too much for as I looked up the assessed value after we offered and it was pretty low. Lot of foundation repair. Getting a network of wholesalers working for me and meeting with some more buyers next week. Starting to plan out my days today so hopefully I will be blogging on here every morning! Started new book yesterday 7 habits of highly effective people. Have rehab going as well...

Need help with a real estate agent

We just stumbled across a vacant house. It has no realtor's "For Sale" sign out front, but there is a lock box and a notice in the window giving a realtor's name to contact. Notice says it's not for rent. This realtor's website indicates she is a REO specialist.

Property is 2BR, 1.5 Bath, 966 sq. ft and also has a two car garage. Large lot. Condition is pretty good, looks like it may only need cosmetic <10K in repairs to bring it to ARV of 102,000. Google shows property was listed with another realtor for 99,900 (apparently it didn't sell) and it was last purchased in 2009 for 119K.

We want to know what to say/ask when we call the realtor. We'd like to wholesale it since we are just getting started and have no cash.

This realtor may be one we'd want on our power team.

hi dg family. my name is steve. i've purchased a few of dean's books and follow the blogs best i can. i've been out of the loop for a while now though. i got a well paying job and thought to myself, hey mayb ill b ok. silly me! after 6 months of hard work i was fired do to lack of so they say. i have 3 kids n just had another last month. i have no income comin in and my stress level is through the roof. im interested in wholesaling cuz to my understanding it can b done from home.i eventually would like to broaden my skills but rite now i need money fast. i was just wondering if anyone can help me through this. although i would love to have a dg coach, i have no money.i need some guidance big time.
