Yes I joined the Inner Circle. I'm very excited and nervous. Today @ 11:30am my coach will call me to get me started. I'm so nervous sitting next to the phone like I'm going to really miss her phone call. Did I say her? Big ups to you ladies. Is there anybody that can let me know what to expect?

I have been a member of Deans site here for a while. I keep visiting back and forth. Things almost sound too good to be true. Im not saying they are, just saying for me they are. Can I really invest and be successful at this Real Estate business. I find myself in fear of the unknown, not sure whether I can or not. Maybe its my low self esteem. I dont know. I mean I am 25 years old, live paycheck to paycheck at the moment. I have so many dreams. I would love to have my diamond in the ruff so to speak. My credit (well dont even get me started on that). Its not very good. Im afraid. Im having a hard time diving in. Has anyone besides me been there?

I have been visiting the county courthouse steps several times now and met some very well versed investors/realtors. They all say the same thing when asking about what types of deals they're looking for:

"As long as it's a deal. 30k+ spread after repairs at least. Here, let me introduce you to ____." Their eyes light up after they hear what I'm wanting to do. One gentleman in the mix said he is small time, just himself as a fix and flip investor that always has his money tied up and down played himself saying I probably don't want to work with him...

Well, I never expected it to play out like this. Hopefully I blow the guys mind when I find a bank that that will do FMV refinancing.
