Praying for your Dad and Hurricane Sandy victims

Hi Dean, I appreciate the uplifting and informative information you provide to your Dean G. family. I am praying for your family, especially your Dad. I do trust your daughter had a good birthday. I am also praying for the people that were devasted by the hurricane. I have family that was affected by Hurricane Sandy. I know that all things work together for the good. I do wish them well and the best for a better future.

What's NEW

I am a part of the insider elite and am loving it!! There is a great deal of information to obtain from the site and education like crazy. I am working on birddogging for a couple of members and it is exciting. Ihope to hear from more people that join. The test drive was worth it.
Thanks

More rehab

Started a big rehab project last week which seems to be looking better all the time. The guy was in way over his head so I came in and redid his budget. Talking to buyers and trying to find a good deal somewhere. Seems like each buyer I talk to likes me and just need to find a good deal somewhere. Real estate agent is concerned about the 14 day contigency clause. What is the best way to word it? If the property is AS-Is.

Regret can paralyze us from moving forward!

Dean thank you for sharing such an intimate moment with us. I pray that your Step Father has a speedy recovery. You are blessed to have been able to pay for it on your credit card. That is financial freedom...

Many of us live with regret for things we haven't done and it can paralyze us from moving ahead. I am a new DG Member, but I am not new to real estate and investments for I owned a company for 10 years that specialized in this arena. Unfortunately, eight years ago I severed my partnership and my business partner took everything from me because I didn't protect myself properly.

Hurricane Sandy

I'm originally from Connecticut and have lived through many hurricanes but none were ever as devastating as Sandy. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to everyone on the Eastern seaboard that has been effected. To Dean ~ Thank you so much for encouraging all of us to get involved. I am so impressed and touched by your compassion, thoughtfulness and generosity. And thanks to all of the caring bloggers Smiling

Living through it

Dean, Thank you for your words and actions of inspiration and doing something for us in New Jersey. To be on the ground and see the devastation it looks like a war zone. Luckily, my family is safe and we had minimal damage. Friends that live at the shore have sent pictures and it is hard to see as all of their life's treasures and family memories are destroyed. They say that the water did so much damage that it maybe the new beach line and many houses cannot be rebuilt as the property is now part of the ocean. One thing that did come out of this for us is to appreciate every moment and opportunity to live life NOW. Again, thank you Dean and the DG family for all of your prayers and a call to action.
