Alright, I'm back... 11--22-12

Was away for a 2 week hospital stay and had a move take place which always seems to put thinbgs in limbo.
I have my buyers in place with about 40 more calls to follow up on for buyers.
Now my attention is turned to marketing for motivated buyers. Planted my 25 bandit signs in same location I did for my buyers. Had calls coming in this week and my partner and I made our first offer...24 more to go...or more or less...really doesn't matter. Tomorrows checklist:
1) Finish watching 2012 Livecast
2) Post on DG
3) PM on mobile homes
4) Call leads on town drive thrus that I got when meeting for walkthrus

I am afraid to move!

i live in penna.i feel more at ease knowing which forms to use and in which order.Should i use official penna. docs. or what? right now i can only afford to do wholesaling and options.please help,as i am scared to approach anyone.

Thanksgiving week

Reading how to worry and start living by Dale Carnigie, its amazing how many of Deans principals are in there. Ready to enjoy my family this thanksgiving. Want to stay in touch with my buyers is there any suggestions? Havent found a good deal yet...Any advice? So ready to buy fix and flip another home this winter and make some money!

New Deals

We closed on the long awaited short sale today. Not sure if we will wholesale or fix and flip it.
We closed on our new Up North Cottage yesterday! I (Julie) love this place and won't want to part with it...but it is a great investment and I know we will get another one up there when it is gone. We have been going to this particular lake since our kids were little (about 16 years I think).
We decided to try staging our house that is currently on the market. We'll let you know how that goes..(it looks great)!
We sent out some yellow letters and our phone has been ringing off the wall (phones aren't even on the wall anymore) Smiling I think that we will get a good buy from one of these. We always get a great response from yellow letters.

Subleasing

Hi DG friends, Anyone know about the NEW thing going on called ACTS? Basically a lot of leasing and sounds similar to rent 2 own. Any info/ is this a scam??
